| "I purchased it for $500.00 and an old riding lawnmower. It was painted blue with spray cans! It had a white interior. Other than spraying the exterior, I have done all the work myself, and a friend helped straighten the body. The car had sat in a barn from 1973 until around 1991, when the previous owner got it roadworthy. I had to replace the front floor pans, front lower halves of the front fenders, and the body mount area's in the trunk. I changed the exterior color to GM victory red and the interior to black. I still have to replace the top (which will be white) and recover the ft. seat." | |
