"The only changes to the car are the Monte Carlo SS rims and a McLeod
Clutch. Unfortunately I have the car in storage now at my fathers house since I moved to Detroit to work for the General. Detroit winters are rough on these cars! The picture was taken just before I put the car away. We bought the car from of all places a Jaguar dealer who had taken it in on trade for a new Jag. The dealer told us the owner was 82 years old and the original owner! He could not press the clutch anymore (we could tell! we had to put a new clutch in right away!). The car only needs a paint job, as it sat out for a few years and spider-cracked the metallic brown paint. Outside of that the car is a blast to drive. It is like night and day from my beater 'bu with a 305/auto trans combo." |
